Data controller

The data controller is Alexandre Raymond, publisher of the kaern.fr website, as part of the Kaern project (SASU being incorporated). Contact: dpo@kaern.fr.

Data collected

Through the contact form: name, organisation and email address; and, optionally, role, country or corridor concerned, indicative budget, timeline and message. The state of your consent and the date of your request are also recorded. No other data is collected.

Purpose

This data is used solely to respond to your request, qualify it and contact you. It is not resold or used for unsolicited prospecting.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, collected via the form’s checkbox.

Recipients and processors

Requests are stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc.) and pass through Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc.), which hosts the site and provides cookieless anti-spam protection (Turnstile). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc.). Your IP address is sent to Turnstile for this anti-spam check; Kaern does not retain it. These providers are established in the United States; transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that may follow, then deleted, at the latest three years after the last contact.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

• access, rectification and erasure;
• restriction of and objection to processing;
• portability of your data.
